Data Protection Statement

Any data we collect for the Friends of Bellflower Reward Card scheme will be used solely by Bellflower Garden Centre. We will always treat your personal information with the utmost care and in accordance with data protection legislation we will not share any of your data with third parties.

We will analyse your purchase history in order to:

• Understand our customers’ buying habits to improve our service
• Contact you with personal and relevant offers and information about products and promotions of interest to you
• You can request for your details to be removed at any time in the following ways:
  • Click the ‘unsubscribe’ link in any email or text communication that we send you. We will then stop any further emails or texts from that particular division.
  • Respond to the address provided on postal communications indicating you wish to be removed from future marketing:

The Scheme

The Reward Card is issued by and remains the property of Bellflower Garden Centre which reserves the right, at any time without notice, to:

(a) terminate the scheme;

(b) decline to issue of reward cards;

(c) withdraw or cancel reward cards or vouchers accumulated, or to alter or amend the conditions of operation of the reward card scheme;

All participants in the reward card scheme must be resident in the UK and aged 18 years or over. The reward card is not transferable and can only be used by the person to whom it is registered. Members may be removed from the scheme at any time at the discretion of Bellflower Garden Centre. Your reward card can only be used at Bellflower Garden Centre. Your reward card cannot be used as a credit card or a guarantee card. The reward card scheme is only for personal and consumer use. Reward card vouchers and benefits cannot be transferred, sold, pooled or in any way traded. Your reward card cannot be used for corporate/business orders.

Vouchers

Customers receive points for every £1 spent in the form of vouchers that are redeemable against purchases.

To accrue vouchers, your physical reward card or digital variant on mobile must be presented at the till. Failure to present the card (physical or digital) at the time of the transaction will result in permanent loss of value for that transaction. Points for every £1 spent will be credited to your card for all items that you purchase during the normal opening hours. Other products may be excluded from the scheme at the discretion of Bellflower Garden Centre.

Bellflower Garden Centre shall be entitled at any time to cancel this value awarded if the relevant products to which such award relates are returned or cancelled for any reason and a refund of the purchase price is given or if the relevant products are exchanged for other products, unless such exchange is for products with an equivalent value. Where the relevant products are exchanged for products of a lower value Bellflower Garden Centre shall be entitled to cancel the balance between the amount originally collected and those collected in respect of the replacement products.

The current redemption of the customer’s saving is delivered via vouchers subject to the customers spend. These vouchers can be redeemed on items at Bellflower Garden Centre. Bellflower Garden Centre reserves the right to vary the value of the amount accrued per £1.

General

Accounts that remain dormant for more than 24 months may be cancelled by Bellflower Garden Centre and all points null and voided.

Vouchers will be sent via email, so a full email address is required to redeem acquired points.

Points will be allocated to the total value of a transaction.

The Loyalty Card remains the property of Bellflower Garden Centre at all times.

The Loyalty Card can only be issued to permanent residents of the UK and vouchers can only be sent to valid UK addresses.

To qualify for Loyalty vouchers, the Loyalty Card must be presented at the till at the time of purchase.

Transactions made without the Loyalty Card are deemed invalid and cannot count towards Loyalty vouchers.

In all cases the card holder must be present at the time of redemption of Loyalty vouchers and are only valid for the period stated.

Bellflower Garden Centre reserves the right to refuse expired vouchers.

Bellflower Garden Centre reserves the right to refuse to redeem Loyalty vouchers.

Change cannot be given against Loyalty vouchers.

It is the responsibility of the cardholder to notify Bellflower Garden Centre of any change of address or other personal details.

If the Loyalty Card becomes lost or stolen a new card can be obtained. Any accrued benefit remains unaffected.

Loyalty vouchers and any unredeemed benefits are not transferable.
